Ron Woodbury Consulting provides companies with Strategic Planning, Quality, Market Analysis, and Business Alignment services to achieve new visions, increase competitiveness, enhance profitability, and improve operational efficiency. Ron Woodbury has nearly three decades of experience in helping companies and organizations develop and implement strategic business plans. We are now here to serve Saint George, Utah and surrounding Southern Utah communities, as well as a more recent expansion into Las Vegas, Nevada.
Ron’s strategic planning/consultnig experience includes nonprofit organizations (Red Rock Center For Independence, Bicycle Collective of Utah, Hands On Global Health, Wylie Center, Riverside Art Museum, Quinn Community Outreach Corporation, Altura Credit Union, and the Youth Service Center), as well as for-profit ventures (Patrion Insurance, Patrion Mortgage, and Auto Expert Brokers of America.)
Ron can work with your team in both large and small group settings to ensure the changes to your strategies will move you closer to your vision. Ron’s “C-level” executive leadership includes: Executive Technology Leadership, Strategic Planning & Facilitation, Quality Improvement & Management, Risk Management, Facilities & Market Expansion, Facilities Support, Governmental Affairs, and General Operations.
Ron previously served on the board of the City of Riverside’s SmartRiverside program, which helps bridge the “digital divide” by providing computer and online access to low income people who might otherwise be blocked from fully integrating into society.
He also has served as a member of the Board of Directors for The Uptown Kiwanis Club of Riverside, Riverside Public Library Foundation, YMCA, Wylie Center, Youth Service Center, and Citrus Net, as well as on various Committee Chair and Division President roles for the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce.
Ron received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from California Baptist University in 2001 and became a Certified Chief Executive (CCE) in 2006 upon graduation from the Credit Union Executive’s Society’s CEO Institute program. This prestigious program is conducted in conjunction with the Johnson, Wharton, and Darden Business Schools.
Ron is a past member of the Credit Union Executive’s Society and a current member of the American Society of Quality. He has been featured in Credit Union Management, Credit Union Journal, and Credit Union Times. Ron recently presented the benefits of strategic planning at Community Connect’s Non-Profit Resource Center Annual Conference in Riverside, California.
